Stu Mittleman a man who is alkalised

Stu Mittleman is one of the most famous long-distance runners in the world, and by long, we're talking really long: he once ran 578 miles in six days (96 miles a day). He fully alkalised his food intake, which had an amazing effect on his stamina and endurance. The quickest and easiest way for you to start Alkalising your body is by using the magic green drink.
